Donna L. Dunn (née Trittschuh)

Entered into rest on June 16, 2018. After traveling west from Ohio to SF with her parents in 1928, Donna grew up on 20th Avenue and was a proud graduate of Lincoln High School. She earned an A.A. Degree from Cal and remained loyal to the Bears. A lifelong sports fan, she enjoyed the 49ers, Raiders, Giants and A’s. She was an original Terra Linda home owner; after 54 years, she decided to leave her home for The Redwoods in Mill Valley. She is survived by her children, David (Jennifer) and Diane (Vicki) and two grandsons, Chris & Geoff. 

The family is grateful for the loving care she received from all of The Redwoods staff and Creekview Pleasanton staff. None of us will forget her very special bond with “Dr.” Andrew, to whom the family is most grateful. A very special note of appreciation to Melinda, with whom Donna established a friendship when it was needed most. 

An ice cream social will be hosted in her memory at Creekview, 2900 Stoneridge Dr. in Pleasanton on Sunday, 7/1 @ 2:30.

Private interment at Fernwood Cemetery, Mill Valley. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the NorCal Alzheimer's Association or the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank.
